'Winds of Sur', as the name signifies, is the reemergence of the regional ethos of Sur, Oman, brought into existence using the international luxury fragrance, Amouage, as the underlying note.
Created to celebrate the two decade old spirit of Oman, atop the first generation Vintage Amouage Prive Eau de Parfum; Dixit & Zak have innovated and transformed it into a magic perfume with their very own ingredient ensemble consisting of, the Imperial Cambodi Emperor, the Malaysian Oud, the Vintage Maroke, the Laos Mountain Bia, the Sabah Oud, and the Green Qinam.
Owing to such a heady melange, there's a strong, sweet muskiness, and a powdery woodiness, with a zesty incense, going with lots of sandalwood that influences one’s senses with waves of mesmerizing feelings.
Moreover, 'Winds of Sur' is drizzled with a generous dosage of rare oud oils from the various regions of Asia, and organic Hainan, with light, tender and floral notes of the Green Qinam Oud oil.
The resulting refinement is a breathtaking, exclusive, powerhouse 'extrait de parfum', with enchanting effects of : clean oud incense, Cambodi berries, camphoric iciness; and the green and earthy bitterness of qinam.
