Tibetan Encens, an ethereal olfactory experience, transports you to a realm where the sacred and the sensual intertwine. This enigmatic perfume is a symphony of resplendent ingredients, each contributing a unique and beguiling essence.
At the top, the crisp, sylvan scent of Silver Fir weaves an invigorating alpine freshness, evoking a pristine, dew-kissed forest. Swirling amidst the verdant boughs, a sultry, warm hint of Cinnamon emerges, sprinkling the air with its spicy, golden radiance.
As the perfume blooms, the middle notes unfold like an exotic spice market. The fiery, aromatic Clove tantalizes the senses, exuding an earthy, piquant intensity. Nutmeg, with its delicate, sweetly spiced embrace, interlaces harmoniously with the alluring, green warmth of Cardamom, creating a rich tapestry of intoxicating aromas.
The dry down is a masterful blend of sumptuous, resiny, and woody notes. Saffron, with its opulent, honeyed whispers, lends a luxurious silkiness. The smoky, tarry depth of Birch Tar melds with the animalic, velvety Hindi Oud, conjuring images of ancient rituals. Nagarmotha, a mysterious, woody gem, casts its earthy, seductive spell, while Labdanum's ambery, balsamic heart beats with a resinous fervor.
Musk, both sensuous and primal, infuses the fragrance with a carnal undertone, while Sandalwood's creamy, milky warmth envelops the senses. Crassna, a rare treasure, imparts a spicy, leathery nuance, as the ethereal, meditative duo of Frankincense and Myrrh ushers in a sacred, otherworldly dimension.
Finally, Cedarwood, with its rich, robust presence, and Siam Benzoin's sweet, vanilla-infused embrace, provide a sumptuous, resinous foundation, ensuring the transcendent, fragrant journey of Tibetan Encens lingers long after it has taken flight.

The third of the classic Ghaliyah series, ‘Ghaliyah Ghazali’ is a blend which lay in alcohol for the last three years. Ghazali, over time, is soaked in alcohol with Aged Hindi Oud and other Complex ingredients, on the top of that matured musk Tincture is added in the blend.
Blended over two generations, the formula is a legacy handed down by Zak’s pater to Dixit and Zak, for use in perfumery.
Its an unmistakable, complex Indian masala blend with a leathery scent, robust tobacco Oud notes; used as a base since the Ghaliyah Reflection days.
Amplified at top with the subtle incense created by abundant musk and ambergris, the blend opens with a mix of bitter light Bergamot and zesty Fresh Rose, Umami Oud, Sweet Musk, bringing out complex floral notes.
The fusion of Indian spices Cinnamon, Cardamom, Black pepper with Jasmine, Tuberose and high quality Rose absolute from Turkey, Osmanthus, Black Currant bud, constitutes a very nice solid mid structure.
The base is made from a full ensemble of Vintage Hindi and Bangla Oud of the 90s, Mysore Sandalwood of 80s, Oleoresin, Patchouli, Frankincense, Myrrh, Heavy Musk, Civet, Hyraceum, Fossil Himalayan Amber, Black Ambergris, Brown Ambergris, Saffron, and Castoreum.
Not to be confused, it is difficult to single out any particular note from such a complex well blended base. Musk here is on steroids without the fatty, off-putting aspects of musk per se.
Undoubtedly, the final resulting blend is the ultimate Ghaliyah experience ushered in modern perfumery by Dixit and Zak..

‘Oud Mon Chéri parfum’ is an indigenous creation by Dixit and Zak, an introduction of a day wear perfume, that can be worn on any day, in all seasons throughout the year.
It begins to reveal itself with the opening of an exuberant dose of freshly squeezed key lime, accompanied by acerbic, tart, citric notes of the bergamot. The clean, unsoaked, Hindi Chin Oud, ascends to the top, tantalizing your olfactory sense and flashing on your mind screen, the enthralling experience you have had of the flavour of Iced Lemonade mixed with Green Mango Sherbet.
The midway notes are a melange, demonstrating an interplay of Jasmine with Tuberose and the Poet’s Narcissus (daffodils), with toppings of citrus notes, in tandem with the base essence of clean ‘Hindi Chin Oud’; green, soil-like Haitian Vetiver, and Vanillic Dark textured, musky Castoreum.
The ultimate crescendo experience can be felt during the dry down where the vibrations that are manifested through the combination of Oud with the woody Cedar; are energized, cleansed and invigorated by the verdant Vetiver.

Dixit & Zak’s ‘Nightingale’ exudes a fragrance that is a wonderful, sweet and nocturnal blend. The perfume opens with an intense floral opening of jasmine with a dash of animalic note. The spin in this tale of the Nightingale is made up of an assortment of ingredients to prolong the beautiful journey to fade away in a rather calm and relaxed manner towards the end.
It is a carnival of a variety of components ranging from the gusto of holy basil, jasmine whites, powdery mist of lavender, herby rosemary, candy sweet orange, zingy lemon, to rose, frankincense, creamy sandalwood, spicy minty patchouli. Evoking the experience of Old Souk and by lanes Dubai is Anbar. It comforting. Very exotic and sensual. Velvety leather with hint of smoke, resinous sweet from oleo family and vanilla warm. Sweet Anbar has been given twist with fruity ingredients. A faint lining of sugar laced raspberries and prunes. Black currant gives a balsamic mild sourness in the heart. There is a sense of Virginia cedarwood interplay with spice of Indian sandalwood in the background. Oud is very mildly used as fixative.
